Freedom Finance Global PLC (Company) informs you about the amendments to the Terms of the participation in IPO of NC KazMunayGas JSC.
In particular, in accordance with the amended clause 1.5 of the Terms, under the IPO the Company will not charge a commission for the purchase of shares on the OTC-market on December 8th, 2022, and for the one-time sale of the shares.
