On November 14, 2024, changes to the Regulations for the provision of brokerage (agency) services in the securities market (Regulations) of the Public Company Freedom Finance Global PLC (Company) will come into force. The main changes are related to optimization with changes in commissions for withdrawing funds to foreign banks in KZT, RUB and foreign currencies, and changes have also been made to the commission for changing the place of storage of securities. Additionally, effective January 1, 2025, a fee will be introduced for processing applications to adjust US tax withholdings for the current year.

The new version has several key changes:
1. In Appendix 3 to the Regulations in clause 4.5.2 the words were replaced from “In USD or EUR currency” to “In foreign currency”, due to the expansion of the list of foreign currencies.
2. A new paragraph “4.3. Change of place of storage of securities" in Appendix 3 to the Regulations, and also supplemented with a new subclause 4.3.2. the following content:
• “4.3.2. Change of place of storage of securities (without transfer of securities from Freedom Finance Global PLC) at the initiative of the client to the ITS trading platform." Tariff "USD 0 (no charge)".
• Clause 4.3.1. Appendix 3 was supplemented with the words “except for the cases provided for in clause 4.3.2”;
3. New clauses 6 and 6.1 were added to Appendix 3 to the Regulations. as follows, effective from 01/01/2025:
"6. Taxes
6.1.Processing of applications for adjustment of US tax withholdings within the current year. Available for direct Account holders only, contingent on the review of the Сlient's US tax status documentation." Tarif “USD 150 for consideration of one
