Freedom Finance Global has placed two-year US dollar-denominated bonds for CITIX Ltd. on the Astana International Exchange (AIX) totaling $20 million with a yield to maturity of 11% per annum.

CITIX Ltd. is a developer of comprehensive intelligent solutions at the intersection of AdTech and Smart City. The company creates innovative products to enhance urban infrastructure and is a leader in the digital outdoor advertising market in Kazakhstan. CITIX Ltd.'s network of smart boards is managed by its own patented software, EYWA.

The bonds, issued as part of a $100 million bond program, are listed on the official AIX list under the trading code CITIX1.0326. The total issue volume is $20 million, with a coupon rate of 11% per annum paid quarterly.

It is important to note that the entire bond issue was placed among more than 500 retail clients of Freedom Broker, who once again showed great interest in high-yield foreign currency bonds from promising local issuers.

The portrait of retail investors has remained almost unchanged. The gender distribution of investors remains the same: women still account for 35%, and men for 65%.

The largest group continues to be individuals aged 35 to 54 years, accounting for 58%. The second largest group is investors older than 55 years, making up 33%. Clients in the third group, aged 19 to 34 years, represent 9% of the total.

This is the second issuance by CITIX Ltd. – in 2023, the debut bond issue with the ticker CITIX.0625 on AIX and a volume of $10 million USD was also fully placed with clients of Freedom Broker.

The funds raised from the bond issuance will be used by CITIX Ltd. to expand its business in Turkey and the UAE.
