Freedom Finance Global PLC has placed two-year US dollar-denominated bonds for CITIX Ltd. on the Astana International Exchange (AIX). These bonds are listed on AIX under the trading code CITIX.0625, with a total issuance volume of 10 million US dollars and a quarterly coupon rate of 10.5% per annum.
CITIX Ltd. is a leader in the Kazakh digital outdoor advertising market, with innovative technologies and a presence in Turkey. The company utilizes blockchain technology and unique patented software to place advertisements on electronic smart boards. It is important to note that nearly all (99.1%) of the bond issue was fully allocated among retail clients of Freedom Broker, who have repeatedly shown great interest in high-yield foreign currency bonds from promising local issuers.
The funds raised from this bond issue will be used by CITIX Ltd. to expand its business in Turkey and the UAE.
