On May 31, 2023, the amendments to the Regulations on Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services on the Securities Market of Freedom Finance Global PLC (Company) will come into effect. The updates are made to improve the Company’s services.

The new version includes several key changes:
1. reference to the list of documents for account opening added to the Regulations;
2. clarifications made with regard to the language of notifications sent to the client by the Company;
3. rules describing the possibility of amending the contract by concluding agreements and the use of electronic exchange of documents;
4. certain sections of annexes to the Regulations amended and clarified;
5. description of risks related to the sanctions laws added;
6. other editorial changes made.
