On April 17 2024, amendments to the Regulations on Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services on the Securities Market (Regulations) of Freedom Finance Global PLC (the Company) will come into force. The main changes are related to updating the provisions of Annex 6 to the Regulations in order to provide more detailed information on the principles of operation and the terms of the special accumulation sub-account (D-Account) and long-term placement of funds via repo transactions.

The new version includes several key changes:
1. Specified provisions regarding the principles of operation of both products;
2. Amended and detailed provisions regarding the nature of income and the procedure of receipt of the income by clients;
3. Updated provisions regarding determination of applicable interest rates;
