On December 01, 2023, amendments to the Regulations on Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services in the Securities Market (Regulations) of the Public Company "Freedom Finance Global PLC" (the Company) will come into force. The main changes are related to the change of tariffs in Appendix 3 to the Regulations and involve cancellation of the commission for transfer of securities from other brokers and of the commission for "one-time sale transaction".

The new version includes several key changes:
- Schedule 3 to the Rules removes the commissions from paragraphs 4.2. and 1.3.3. containing the "one-off sale transaction" provisions.
