On August 1st, 2024, amendments to the Annex 6 and Annex 3 to the Regulations on Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services on the Securities Market of Freedom Finance Global PLC (the Company) will come into force. The main changes are related to increase of interest rate on overnight REPO of overnight REPO transactions in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) currency to 13.7% per annum and exclusion of commission fee for changing the place of securities settlement to ITS trading platform
