Entry into Force of the New Version of the Regulations and its Annexes

Starting from May 28 2025, a new version of the Regulations on the Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services on the Securities Market (hereinafter – the "Regulations") of Freedom Finance Global PLC (hereinafter – the "Company") and all Annexes thereto shall enter into force.

The new version of the Regulations includes the following key amendments:

• Provisions clarifying the possibilities and procedure for the assignment of rights and obligations of the parties under the brokerage agreement have been added;
•  Provisions regarding the new section of the Company's official website containing information on current interest rates for overnight repo transactions on D-accounts – https://ffin.global/  ("Interest rates on D-accounts and Repo Transactions Rates") – have been added to Annex No. 6; the wording related to the procedure for closing (settling) the second leg of overnight REPO transactions has also been clarified;
• Timeframes for responding to Customer claims have been updated and clarified in Annex No. 9.
