Entry into Force of the New Version of the Regulations and its Annexes

Effective from October 15, 2025, the new version of the Regulations for the provision of brokerage (agency) services on the securities market (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) of Freedom Finance Global PLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and annexes thereto will come into force.

The updates to the Regulations are due to the addition of new functionality for the sale (writing off) of option contracts. In this regard, changes have been made to the main text of the Regulations, as well as to Annexes 7, 10, and 13.

Please note that the new functionality may become available on the trading platform no earlier than the opening of the main trading session on the US market.
