Entry into Force of the New Version of the Regulations and its Annexes

Effective from January 9, 2026, the new version of the Regulations on the Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services on the Securities Market (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) of the Public Company “Freedom Finance Global PLC” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as well as its annexes, will come into force.

The update of the Regulations is driven by the introduction of amendments and additions to Annex 2B and Annex 3. In particular, the following amendments and additions have been made:

Annex 2B to the Regulations (Legal Entity Questionnaire):

• the list of types of activities carried out has been supplemented with sanctions-related and other activities for AML/CFT purposes;
• the directory of organisational and legal forms has been expanded;
• the section “Information on Ownership and Management Structure” has been supplemented with the fields “ownership interest (%)” and “PEP status”, and the procedure for exercising control over the legal entity by the beneficial owner has been expanded;
• the section “General Information on the Legal Entity” has been supplemented with a question regarding the client’s type and status.

Annex 3 to the Regulations (Tariffs): 

• the fee for servicing inactive accounts (USD 50) has been removed – clause 4.4;
• a clarification has been added regarding the temporary unavailability of “withdrawal operations to bank cards of other banks” in EUR – clause 4.4.4.
