Entry into Force of the New Version of the Regulations and its Annexes

Effective from June 10 2025, the new version of the Regulations on the Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services on the Securities Market (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) of the Public Company “Freedom Finance Global PLC” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as well as its annexes, will come into force.

The update to the Regulations is driven by the following amendments made to Annex No. 6 to the Regulations:

Have added new option of opening Non-trading sub-accounts of the D-account, to which clients can transfer a portion of clients' funds not to be invested through overnight repo transactions on the D-account.
