Entry into Force of the New Version of the Regulations and its Annexes

Dear Client, 

Effective from September 3, 2025, the new version of the Regulations on the Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services on the Securities Market (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) of the Public Company “Freedom Finance Global PLC” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as well as its annexes, will come into force. 

Annex 2A-1 to the Regulation (Client Questionnaire - INDIVIDUALS) has been updated as follows: 

· the list of fields of activity has been supplemented with new sectors (types) of activity; 

· the responses to the question regarding the primary source of income have been expanded; 

· questions regarding additional citizenship and tax residency have been included; 

· the questions under the Economic Profile section have been streamlined. 

In addition, the main text of the Regulation and Annex No. 3 to the Regulation have been updated. In particular, the following amendments have been introduced: 

· Clause 6.8 of the Regulations has been amended to clarify the timeframes for transferring funds by non-cash means to a bank card; 

· Section II, “Other fees for transactions” of Annex No. 3 has been supplemented with fees for withdrawals to a bank card issued by JSC “Freedom Bank Kazakhstan” and to bank cards issued by other banks, as well as a fees for execution of orders submitted within the framework of «Arranging Deals in Digital Assets» services as provided in Annex No. 14 to the Regulations; 

· Additionally, technical corrections and clarifications have been made to the text of the Regulations to standardise the use of terminology. 

Information regarding the commencement of the provision of access to the Company’s new service, envisaging the facilitation of transactions with Digital Assets, shall be communicated separately.
