On December 1, 2022 the amendments to Annexes No. 3, 6, 1A, 1B to the Regulation on provision of brokerage (agency) services on the securities market of Freedom Finance Global (Company) and to Annexes No. 3, 2B will come into effect. The update of the fee schedule is motivated by the announcement of terms of participation in IPO of JSC NC KazMunayGas and the improvement of the Company’s service.

Below is a brief summary of the key changes:
- updated the Regulations considering the competence of the Company to set up terms of participation of the particular IPOs and established terms of participation in IPO of JSC NC KazMunayGas (More);
- precised the conditions of the fees withheld for deals in the international exchanges and trading facilities;
- amended the fee for deals with Eurobonds;
- supplemented the matrix of fees by adding fees for the new type of operations – REPO and the transfer of the uncovered position;
- expanded the range of the non-transactional fees including transfers of securities between Kazakhstani exchanges and transfers of securities between international exchanges;
- clarified terms of the charged fees regarding the currency of the fee.
