Update of the Regulations of the Company and Annex 3 of the Regulations

Dear Client!

On September 25th, 2024, the new version of the Regulations for the Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services in the Securities Market (the Regulations) of Freedom Finance Global PLC (the Company) and the new version of Annex 3 to the Regulations will come into effect.

The approval of the new version of the Regulations is associated with the following additions:
•    Definition of the term 'Sub-broker' and the nature of the legal relationships and interactions between the Company and sub-brokers (addition to Clause 2.3 of the Regulations);
•    Specification of the Company's liability when engaging third-party services in the process of providing services to Clients (addition to Clause 15.1 of the Regulations);
•    Clarification of the categories of persons to whom the Client's Personal Data may be transferred and disclosure of the risks associated with transferring personal data to jurisdictions not included in the list of jurisdictions with an adequate level of Personal Data protection (amendments to Clauses 19.8 and 19.9 of the Regulations);
•    Obligations of the Client to the Company regarding the provision of accurate documents and information, verification of the legality of funds, acting on their own behalf, and indemnifying the Company for any losses caused by breaches of these obligations (addition to Clause 16.13 of the Regulations).
Additionally, technical corrections and clarifications have been made to the text of the Regulations to standardise the use of terminology.
Amendments to Annex 3 of the Regulations concerning the commissions for transactions with Options under the following tariff plans have been approved: 
1.    “Investor” tariff: 10 USD per order + 3 USD per contract;
2.    “Standard” tariff: 10 USD per order + 1 USD per contract;
3.    “International” tariff: 10 USD per order + 3 USD per contract;
4.    “Investment Subscription” tariff: 10 USD per order + 3 USD per contract;
5.    “Trader's Subscription” tariff: 10 USD per order + 3 USD per contract;
6.    “Active Trader's Subscription” tariff: 10 USD per order + 3 USD per contract.
