On January 02, 2024, amendments to the Regulations on Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services in the Securities Market (Regulations) of the Public Company "Freedom Finance Global PLC" (the Company) will come into force. The main changes are related to updating the provisions of the Regulations and optimizing the structure of Appendix 3 for a more accessible presentation of commissions and fees applicable under different Tariff plans.

The new version includes several key changes:

1. The Company's contact telephone number in the Regulations and Annex 5 thereto has been updated;
2. The structure of visualization of comiisions and fees under differnet Tariff plans has been changed in the first section of Annex3 to the Regulations;
3. Annex 7 to the Regulations has been updated in order to provide more detailed description of the legal relations between the Company and the Client within the framework of margin trading.
4. The name of the "Personal Manager" tariff was changed to "Investor".
5. The provisions on the execution of client’s orders for withdrawal of funds have been amended in the main part of the Regulations;
