On November 27, 2023, amendments to the Regulations on Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services in the Securities Market (Regulations) of the Public Company "Freedom Finance Global PLC" (the Company) will come into force. The main changes are related to providing Retail Clients with an opportunity to perform operations with derivative financial instruments. For this purpose, the provisions of the Regulations and Annexes 3, 4, and 5 thereto were updated. In addition, a new Annex 13 on the Rules of Transactions with Derivative Financial Instruments was developed. Templates of Questionnaires for individuals were also updated.

The new version includes several key changes:

1. The conceptual apparatus of the Regulations has been updated. Definitions of derivative financial instruments, option contract, derivative, etc. have been added;

2. Annex 4 is supplemented with new types of risks associated with trading in derivative financial instruments.

3. Annex 5 is supplemented with the possibility for retail investors to perform operations with derivative financial instruments. Thus, the prohibition for Retail Clients to trade in futures, options and other instruments was removed in clause 2.4.2.

4. A new Annex 13 has been added regulating the procedure for transactions in derivative financial instruments.

5. Introduced new forms of the Individual Questionnaire (simplified and in-depth) in new editions of Annexes 2A and 2A-1 respectively.
