On October 9, 2023, changes to the Regulations for the Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services in the securities market of Freedom Finance Global PLC Public Company (the Company) will take effect. The changes consist of updating the tariffs in the Annex 3 to the Regulations and are aimed at improving the customer experience and improving the services provided by the Company.

The new version has several key changes:

1. The tariffs specified in clause 1.1.2 of the Annex 3 do not apply to the transactions on the ITS trading platform.
2. Annex 3 is supplemented with new tariffs in clause 1.1.3 in clause 1.1.3 «International markets (for transactions on the ITS trading platform)»;
3. As a result of the above changes, execution of transactions on the ITS trading platform will become more profitable for the customers, since they will not be subject to a commission of $1.2 for each order.
