On August 17, 2023, the amendments to the Regulations on Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services on the Securities Market of Freedom Finance Global PLC (Company) will come into effect. The updates are made to improve the Company’s services.

The new version includes several key changes:

1. Extension of the term of the provisional publication of amendments to the Regulations on the Company’s website to 15 days preceding the effective date of such amendments;
2. Prior direct notification of Clients on any amendments to the Regulations is now mandatory;
3. The procedure of entering by Clients into the Client Agreement with the Company has been specified;
4. The options and procedure of amending the provisions of the Client Agreement between the Company and the Client by means of bilateral agreement between the Parties have been amended;
5. The procedures regarding the termination of the Client Agreement and of the provision of services have been amended and the Company’s actions regarding the closure of Clients’ account(s) in relation to the early termination of the Client Agreement have been specified.
