On July 15th, 2024, amendments to the Regulations on Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services in the Securities Market (Regulations) of the Public Company "Freedom Finance Global PLC" (the Company) will come into force. The main changes are related to optimization of the procedure of cash withdrawal transactions to other banks by changing tariffs in KZT, RUB and foreign currencies.

The new version includes several key changes:

1. Commission rates for withdrawal of funds to other banks in Annex 3 to the Regulations have been amended as follows: in KZT currency the commission rate has changed from KZT 600 to KZT 0; in USD and EUR the minimum commission is USD 250, and the maximum commission is not more than USD 1000; in RUB currency the minimum commission is USD 50, and the maximum commission is not more than USD 500.
