On June 18th, 2024, the amendments to the Regulations on Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services in the Securities Market (Regulations) of the Public Company "Freedom Finance Global PLC" (the Company) will come into force. The main changes are related to optimization of the procedure for transferring the Company's Clients from the "Investor" tariff to the "Standard" tariff by setting a criteria of minimum balance of the Client's account for the Company to consider applications for tariff plan changes.

The new version includes several key changes:

1. A provision has been added to Appendix 3 to the Regulations stating that when a Client requests a change of tariff plan from the main public tariff "Investor" to the tariff plan "Standard", the Company will consider only requests of those Clients whose trading accounts have assets of at least 500 USD. At the same time the Company reserves the right both to satisfy the relevant application and to refuse it as provided in the Regulations.
