On January 29, 2024, amendments to the Regulations on Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services in the Securities Market (Regulations) of the Public Company "Freedom Finance Global PLC" (the Company) will come into force. The main changes are related to the addition of new Tariff plans and applicable commissions for transactions with financial instruments. For this purpose, the provisions of the Annex 3 to the Regulations thereto were updated.

The new version includes several key changes:

1. The concept of the Man public tariff (to refer to the remuneration rates applicable by default) is included;
2.  New tariffs have been added: "Investment Subscription", "Trader's

Subscription" and "Active Trader Subscription".
