On January 08, 2024, amendments to the Regulations on Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services in the Securities Market (Regulations) of the Public Company "Freedom Finance Global PLC" (the Company) will come into force. The main changes are related to updating the rate on margin loans and the rate of income on overnight repo.

The new version includes several key changes:

1.    The rate on margin loans (for Cash borrowed and for Securities borrowed, clause 3.1.) has been updated in Annex 3 to the Regulations;
2.    In Annex 6 to the Regulations, the rate of income on overnight repo has been changed to a fixed value for EUR and USD to Euribor and SOFR respectively.
