In parallel with his higher education, he continued to accumulate practical experience, including in banks, where he was engaged in building infrastructure for direct access to the American market. After finishing his job at one of the banks in 2008, Timur Turlov focused on his own entrepreneurial initiatives.

In the same year, Freedom Finance was founded, specializing in providing access to international stock markets. From the very first years, the company's strategy was based on transparency, technology and customer orientation. One of the key stages in the development was the opening of a representative office in Kazakhstan.
